Route Package Protection FAQ

Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This feature can be added during checkout for added assurance.

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s support team will help replace or refund your order at no cost to you.

Need to file a claim? File here

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Package Protection at checkout. If your order has not arrived, please file a claim with Route here.

To protect your order against damage during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the item and packaging, then file a claim with Route here.

If you believe the damage occurred during manufacturing, please reach out to us to resolve the issue.

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. You can also file a shipping issue here.

To file a claim, you will need your store order number or Route ID number and the email associated with the order.
